About the Hospital
Established in 2003, CURE Dominican Republic was CURE’s first presence in Latin America. Located in the capital city of Santo Domingo, the paediatric orthopaedic hospital provides inpatient surgical and rehabilitative care to disabled children.
Outside the hospital walls, CURE Clubfoot operates several clubfoot clinics throughout the country which identify and treat infants and toddlers with clubfoot. Along with providing compassionate care to disabled children, CURE Dominican Republic also offers orthopaedic and general medical services to aspiring baseball players in Major League Baseball summer academies. Thanks to this combination of services from the hospital, mobile clinics, clubfoot clinics, and MLB partnership, CURE Dominican Republic is providing life-changing care in Latin America.
