Louis Reid

Louis co-leads a design studio in London, bringing design thinking to product, brand and public services. With a background in UX design, web and application development, following his BSc in Mathematics (BSc) he went on to obtain his masters in Leadership at UCL. During his studies he completed his bachelor’s dissertation using Monte Carlo simulation in R, focusing on extending the Goldfeld-Quant test across parametric and non-parametric tests for equality of variance. His master’s dissertation involved qualitative research on the effectiveness of leadership development programmes in state school education in Mumbai, India.

He is also a qualified teacher and remains passionate about education, having completed the Teach First programme at two secondary schools in Inner West London. In addition, he has a background freelancing in photography, videography, 3D visualisation and brand identity. He is keenly interested and believes in the catalysing potential of business to drive positive social change.
