CURE, #GivingTuesday, and YOU
If you’ve bagged a Black Friday bargain or saved on Cyber Monday- now’s your chance to give something back. Why not use the money that you saved and raise funds for CURE to help us provide life-changing medical treatment to children in underserved nations.
Your generosity will help transform the lives of children like Abdou from Niger, who has a severe leg deformity and relies on a study tree branch that he has fashioned into a cane so he can walk. Because someone like you donated money to CURE, Abdou got the surgery he needed and he can now stand proud.

There’s a special joy that comes from giving. In Acts 20:35, Paul said, “In all things, I have shown you that by working hard in this way we must help the weak and remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
And that joy is contagious: in the seven years since the inception of Giving Tuesday’s, giving has increased substantially. Last year, contributors raised $274 million, a 55% increase from the year before!
This November 27th, we want to raise as much money as possible to help more kids like Abdou.
Here is how you can help this Giving Tuesday:
£15 – provides a child with outpatient medical care, diagnostics and physiotherapy.
£100- pays for walking frames for a child recovering from life-changing surgery.
£300- provides start to finish treatment for a child suffering with clubfoot; eliminating the disability.
£800- helps completes the funding needed for one operation; transforming the life of a child for good.
