This is Carmen!
Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at 4:32 pmRecently, Dr. Collen at CURE Zimbabwe completed the first procedure to separate his fingers at no cost to him or his family.
Without this care, his genetic condition would likely become a permanent disability excluding him from his peers. We meet kids like Carmen every single day. Their conditions are often neglected, and their self-esteem is depleted. That’s why we also work to promote emotional healing of patients and their families with therapeutic activities.
You can make a difference in the life of a child like Carmen right now! The cost of an accessible playground to provide inclusive playtime for children with a range of mobility requirements is £10,000. Our fundraiser has already raised over half of the money needed to bring the power of play to CURE Zimbabwe kids!
